About

Renting a home involves steps that nobody keeps together.

Pastore exists to put those steps back in order: the search, the contract, the payments, the requests. For renters and for landlords.

The problem is easy to see up close. People looking for a home send dozens of messages, get no reply, and never know whether a listing is still available. People renting one out chase transfers, receipts, repair requests and documents scattered across attachments and chats. Each step works on its own, but nothing holds them together.

The interesting part is that finding the home is only the beginning. A lease lasts years, and things happen every month: rent to pay, a boiler to fix, a document to find again. That’s where people fall back to email, because there is no place where those things live together.

We built Pastore around that idea: find a home and run it in the same place. The marketplace brings people to the property; what comes afterwards, with its payments and requests, keeps them connected.

A marketplace helps you find a home. A platform helps you live in it.

How we work

  • One thing at a time, done properly

We prefer a few features that work over many announced. Anything not ready is marked as in development.

  • The same information for both sides

Tenant and landlord see the same status: no two versions of the same story.

  • Numbers we can back up

We don’t publish statistics, reviews or awards we can’t prove.

Where we are

The site and the private areas are online; personal logins and the database come in the next phase. The tenant and landlord areas can already be previewed, with sample data labelled as such.
