- Do I pay for an empty property?
- No. While a property is vacant you can build its page, collect applications and choose a tenant without paying anything. The count starts when the tenancy is active.
- Does the tenant pay anything?
- No. The tenant portal is included in the landlord’s plan. We charge renters no fees, no admin costs and no subscription.
- Do you take a percentage of the rent?
- No. Rent moves between tenant and landlord. When in-platform payments go live, the payment institution’s fees will be shown separately and passed through at cost.
- How is the service billed?
- Monthly, by card or SEPA, with no minimum term: stop whenever you like, and your data stays exportable.
- Why is Affittizen Start a one-off?
- Because it is work done once per property and it has a real cost: keeping the regulatory base current for each area and contract type, and coordinating the professionals. Once it is done, the property stays configured and you do not pay for it again.
- Are the professionals’ fees included?
- No. The assessor who produces the energy certificate, the accountant who reviews your tax position and any lawyer invoice you directly. Affittizen tells you when they are needed and makes the introduction, but does not sit in the middle of their fee.
- Do I have to buy Start?
- No. If the property is already in order and you know how to proceed, you can go straight to management. Start is for first-time landlords or non-trivial cases.
- Are these prices final?
- No, and we would rather say so: Affittizen is in early access and the figures on this page are indicative. Anyone joining now keeps their price locked for the first twelve months.
