We are looking for two different groups. On one side the trades who work on the property: plumbers, electricians, cleaners, locksmiths. On the other, those who answer the questions software should not: accountants, surveyors and lawyers, to whom we route landlords during the compliance journey.

Where we actually are
The marketplace is not live. Tax and technical professionals are needed during the compliance journey, so we start with them; maintenance jobs arrive once enough tenancies are managed here. In the meantime we are collecting names, so we open first where demand already exists.
